Each patient is automatically provided a formatted “super bill” (receipt) after each visit. The super bill can be submitted to the insurance provider for reimbursement.
120-Minute Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation — $850
A thorough assessment of your psychiatric, medical, developmental, family, and social history, as well as current symptoms, strengths, and lifestyle factors. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and other evidence-based approaches.

- Patients in the initial phase of treatment
- Individuals whose symptoms are not yet fully controlled
- Patients seeking ongoing psychotherapy or lifestyle coaching as part of their treatment
20-minute Brief Follow-Up (Medication Management Only) — $250
A focused appointment for medication monitoring and adjustments.
Recommended for:
- Patients with stable symptoms
- Maintenance treatment
- Patients receiving more frequent visits during medication titration
Quarterly In-Person Stimulant Prescribing Package — $350
Designed for New Jersey patients who require quarterly in-person appointments to comply with state stimulant prescribing regulations.
This package includes:
- One 45-minute in-person appointment
- Monthly stimulant prescriptions for three months
- Ongoing medication monitoring and compliance with New Jersey regulations

45-Minute Psychotherapy Session — $350
Individual psychotherapy sessions incorporating evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), supportive psychotherapy, and skills-based interventions tailored to your needs.
90-Minute Comprehensive ADHD Assessment — $650
A comprehensive assessment for adolescents and adults to clarify whether ADHD is contributing to current challenges. The evaluation includes a structured interview, detailed review of symptoms and assessment of social, academic and occupational functioning.
This approach recognizes both the challenges and strengths associated with ADHD and aims to provide diagnostic clarity, personalized recommendations, and practical strategies to support optimal functioning.
Please note: Comprehensive ADHD assessments are available only to patients who have previously completed a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with the practice.
90-Minute Comprehensive Autism Assessment — $650
A comprehensive assessment for adolescents and adults to clarify whether Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or autistic traits are contributing to current challenges. The evaluation includes standardized psychometrics to help identify symptoms of autism (social communication differences, repetitive or focused interests, sensory experiences) and coping strategies such as masking.
This approach recognizes both the challenges and strengths associated with ASD and aims to provide diagnostic clarity, personalized recommendations, and practical strategies to support optimal functioning.

Insurance & Superbills
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. This allows me to spend more time with patients, offer longer appointments, and provide highly individualized care without the limitations insurance companies often impose.
Payment is due at the time of service. After each appointment, you will receive a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and I encourage you to contact your insurer to learn about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
